Customer Success Specialist
Tempe, AZ
Training – 1st 4 weeks is 100% in office
Post Training schedule – 3 days a week in office Tue-Thurs in office (Mon and Fri WFH)
W2 Rate – $25/hr
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Customer & Sales Operations
- Lead qualification, customer triage, and pipeline management
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel (lead → qualification → conversion → activation)
- Experience in sales operations or sales support environments
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal communication for customer outreach and validation calls
- Clear, structured written communication for CRM updates and referral notes
- Confident handling of customer questions, objections, and clarifications
- Spanish bilingual communication preferred – NOT REQUIRED
Customer Experience & Problem Solving
- Ability to quickly assess customer intent and business needs
- Strong judgment in early-stage customer conversations
- Customer-first mindset in triage and routing decisions
- Ability to determine when escalation or handoff is required
Organization & Execution
- Strong attention to detail in tracking contacts, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Excellent note-taking and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads or cases simultaneously
- Strong follow-through on callbacks, schedules, and assigned tasks
Tools & Systems
- Experience with CRM or lead management systems (including manual tracking environments)
- Familiarity with scheduling and workflow coordination tools
Sales Support & Workflow Coordination
- Experience supporting sales teams in structured handoff models
- Understanding of post-qualification workflows:
- documentation follow-ups
- contract coordination
- underwriting/validation collaboration
- onboarding and activation support
