    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Outreach Coordinator to support the execution and performance of the SPP (Storm Protection Plan) Customer Outreach Program. This role will focus on coordinating customer communications, tracking outreach milestones, managing inbound feedback, and supporting public engagement events.

    This is a temporary assignment while full-time team members are on extended leave.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and manage the SPP Inbox to screen and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints

    • Experience with support and implementation of mobile field solutions.
    • Proficient with SQL Server Management Studio
    • Knowledge of electric and/or gas utility operations and controls.
    • Experience with relational database management systems.
    • Experience with development and design of integration processes between dissimilar systems
    • Experience with reporting tools such as MS SSRS, Crystal Reports, and/or Power BI.
