Sr. IT Field Engineer
Location(s): Southfield, MI, or Novi, Livonia, Plymouth, Canton area (requires Onsite at various Hospitals)
Duration: 12+ Months then eligible for Contract renewal
Role Type: W2 contract
Reliable Vehicle required

*Experience needed in managing/mentoring a small team

Role Summary:

• Support of field service operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to surveys, data collection and reporting.
• Ability to follow test scripts and successfully perform basic troubleshooting for login and print operations.
• Ability to deploy and verify basic computer functionality.

Key Skills:

• IT End User Device Technical Field Services knowledge.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel focused).
• Experience with Epic TDR Readiness Activities (preferred but not required).
• Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback to team leaders.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous Clinical Technical and workflow knowledge (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work well with team members and be self-directed in a dynamic clinical environment.
