    Overview

    We are seeking a skilled BigID Administrator / Engineer to support and optimize our enterprise data discovery environment. This role focuses on administering BigID, tuning performance, configuring scans, monitoring system health, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the platform runs efficiently at scale. You will join an established team and play a critical role in strengthening our data protection and discovery capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer, configure, and optimize the BigID platform
    • Set up, modify, and monitor assessment scans and full scans
    • Review logs, troubleshoot errors, and ensure scanning throughput meets performance targets
    • Monitor system health and build observability dashboards within BigID
    • Identify defects, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
    • Support integrations such as S3 bucket scanning and other connectors
    • Collaborate with engineering team members to resolve issues and improve processes
    • Document configurations, processes, and system changes in the knowledge base
    • Provide clear communication and updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders

    Required Experience

    • 1+ years of hands-on BigID experience (admin or engineering)
    • Strong knowledge of BigID scans, logs, troubleshooting, and configuration
    • Experience with data discovery, data-at-rest scanning, or data management tools
    • Ability to analyze performance issues and tune platform behavior
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively within a technical team

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Partnering with Product Family Director, the Product Owner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and presenting the vision, strategy and consumer facing roadmaps for OpenShift Container Platform (OCP aka the Red Hat version of Kubernetes / k8s). These product roadmaps will be in alignment with the BT Technical Strategy and operation capabilities.

      The Product Owner should have in-depth knowledge of the k8s platform, operators running on the platform, CICD integration to k8s, cluster health observability, and cost optimization awareness.  The Developer Experience (DevEx) area is responsible for maintaining a self-service portal, Golden Image creation, helm chart updates and optimization of the platform for the teams that use it.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and accepting initiatives and features, in partnership with consumers and Architects, including acceptance criteria.
    • Accountable for managing the product pipeline (feature backlog) and delivery of these features for every release and iteration.
    • Responsible for delivery of features and accountable for the delivery of User Stories, in partnership with the Scrum Master and Team
    • Manage initiatives and features from a consumer perspective. Identifies, communicates, and breaks down features to define MVP.
    • Responsible for clarifying and communicating features to the delivery team in collaboration with the Product Area Director

      About the Role

      We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide program oversight, coordination, and reporting support across multiple risk-related workstreams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing cross-functional initiatives, developing JIRA dashboards, and driving accountability for project deliverables, milestones, and approvals.

      This role is highly collaborative and requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills to ensure program governance and transparency.


      Key Responsibilities

      • Actively engage with workstream leads to monitor initiatives, track epics/stories/sub-initiatives, and identify potential risks or delays early.

      • Develop and maintain the program plan (roadmap), JIRA dashboards, and export processes for executive status reporting.

      • Ensure all documentation, attachments, and approvals are uploaded to JIRA and reflect the most current project activities and milestones.

      • Collaborate with program management and risk partners to align reporting with enterprise process gates, requirements, and evidence standards.

      • Support risk governance by coordinating approvals, tracking compliance deliverables, and maintaining data integrity within JIRA.

      Required Qualifications

      • 3+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional programs, ideally within risk management, operations, or technology.

      • Hands-on experience as a JIRA Project Administrator and proficiency in JIRA project management, dashboard creation, and workflow tracking.

    As a Beck End Application Engineer, you’ll analyze, develop, and design solutions for our application software. In our Agile environment, you’ll do this by performing technical design, coding with test automation, support, and documentation of software application modifications. Ultimately, through continuous integration, development and testing, you’ll ensure we deliver quality code.  Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. 

     Responsibilities 

    • Analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new user stories and features with high quality (security, reliability, operations) to production.  
    • Tends to Associate Application Engineers by providing learning tasks as well as work related tasks, directs the work of Senior Associate Application Engineers, and helps them continue to grow  
    • Achieves team commitments (and influence others to do the same) by using informal leadership & highly developed communication skills  
    • Has an oversight on design decisions and guides team to achieve key results for products assigned to them
    • Remediates issues using engineering principles and creates proactive design solutions for potential failures

     Minimum Qualifications  

    • Bachelors – Computer Science or related  
    • 3+ Years – Information Technology, (Software) Engineering, or related  

     Preferred Qualifications  

    • Experience in Cloud Technologies, preferably AWS 
    • Programming language experience in Java and/or Python, and various frameworks
