Role Focus

• Increased focus on PMO work
• Responsible for creating roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
• Seeking a more senior-level candidate who can connect the dots and think strategically, especially from a risk management perspective
• Work includes:
• Preparing status reports
• Creating information decks using the standard format
• Supporting both project and program management functions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in project/program management
• Certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.) are highly beneficial
• Strong organizational skills are a must
• Familiarity with:
• Google Suite
• Lucid?? (a plus)
• Previous Capital One experience is highly preferred
• 1 large scale program – will be working on this (10-15 work streams)
• Smaller responsibilities – organizing artifacts
