    Job Title: Recordkeeper

    Job Location: Remote

    Job Duration: 2 Months +

    Pay: $25 per hour

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Recordkeepers. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and administrative support to our largest and most complex defined contribution plan clients. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate transaction processing, compliance, and client satisfaction while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide service and administrative support to large and complex defined contribution plan clients.
    • Respond promptly to client requests for information and resolve administrative or service-related issues.
    • Ensure all transactions, including contributions, loans, withdrawals, and earnings allocations, are processed in compliance with company and client standards.
    • Perform and analyze discrimination testing and other plan design-related tests.
    • Request, interpret, and analyze data, present findings to clients, and make recovery recommendations.
    • Reconcile trust accounting/recordkeeping systems at the plan level, ensuring accuracy through daily balancing and transaction analysis.
    • Coordinate omnibus fund purchases and sales with third-party fund companies.
    • Prepare and format client reports, including valuation reports, participant statements, investment performance reports, and tax/compliance forms.
    • Participate in client meetings and conference calls to discuss plan design, trust reconciliation, payroll consultation, and other services.
    • Maintain and strengthen trustee relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in recordkeeping, trust reconciliation, or defined contribution plan administration.
    • Strong understanding of defined contribution plan operations, including compliance and discrimination testing.
    • Proficiency in trust accounting and reconciliation processes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to clients.
    • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in formatting and producing reports, including tax and compliance forms.

    PROJECT DETAILS: This role is designed to provide data automation services across broad cybersecurity functions. The principal will be required to understand security related data and implications as well as have the ability to create automation workflows around that data.

    In this contingent resource assignment, you may:

    • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
    • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
    • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.

    Education/Certifications:
