    Seeking a Media and Social Marketing Manager I to join our Brand Media team. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Search and Social channels. You’ll work directly within media buying platforms (SA360, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to manage campaigns in-house without agency support. This is a hands-on role ideal for a tactical digital media buyer with a sharp analytical mindset and cross-channel planning expertise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute and optimize paid media strategies across Search (Google Ads, SA360, Bing) and Social (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).
    • Translate business intelligence into actionable media strategies and guide internal teams accordingly.
    • Develop and implement media plans that support omni-channel marketing objectives.
    • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Tableau, Adobe) to drive data-informed optimization.
    • Support media budget tracking and ensure campaign delivery aligns with timelines and brand standards.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve media effectiveness and performance.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, and execution.
    • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management policies in media execution.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
    • 4+ years in marketing, advertising, or communications, including 2+ years in Search and/or Social media marketing.
    • Proficient in platforms such as SA360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat.
    • Strong understanding of media planning, digital buying, campaign analytics, and optimization tactics.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting strategic recommendations.
    • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of how Social and Search marketing contribute to an omni-channel strategy.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven experience building and executing annual media plans and tactical strategies.
    • Familiarity with performance tracking tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics.
    • Understanding of marketing attribution and media testing methodologies.
    • Background in financial services or insurance industries a plus.
    • Experience working in Agile environments.
    • Military experience or connection (veteran, spouse, or domestic partner) is a plus.

    Job Title: Treasury Management Onboarding Specialist
    Remote Work (Local to Plano, TX)

    Job Description:

    • Candidate will utilize their expertise to manage the end-to-end implementation process for Treasury Management accounts and provide product implementation support and training to clients.
    • Will work closely with the client, Treasury Management Sales Officers, Client Service Teams, and business partners to drive revenue generation by improving client experience and increasing client retention rate through effective management of client implementations.
    • Responsible for implementing and directing all aspects of Treasury Management products and related service set-up for new and existing clients of Treasury Management Offerings.
    • Acting as a central point of contact for the client throughout the implementation process, develops a customized plan for each client and directs junior resources and required internal partners (i.e., product, operations, technology, and risk) to ensure delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon timeframes, with full ownership of end-to-end process from client commitment to revenue generation

    General Responsibilities:

    • Operate independently and exercise professional judgment in making decisions that impact the client experience
    • Establish and maintain a high-level of credibility with clients and business partners
    • Provide a best in class client experience, while managing internal and external client expectations
    • Serve as product expert by accompanying and/or support sales officers on client calls to explain more complex product set-up to customers, provide feedback and advice on modifications, and help ensure our capabilities meet client needs
    • Acting as a subject matter expert, provide feedback and advice on modifications of Treasury Management Products
    • Will work jointly with Treasury Management Sales on deals prior to sale commitment
    • Facilitate pre-implementation kickoff & post sale call with client (in-person, via teleconference, or via email as required) to review project requirements, develop plan of approach, roles and responsibilities, discuss documents / information required from the client, and determine agreed upon timeframes for completion; regular communication with client and Treasury Management Sales Officer to update status and address issues
    • Effectively manage each implementation as a custom client specific project from end to end while meeting defined SLAs with a focus on expediting revenue generation
    • Maintain a current portfolio of client implementations and related promised dates, monitoring requests in queue to ensure aged items are expedited in a timely basis
    • Individually responsible for the quality and timeliness of all project deliverables, including executing client Operational Instructions, as well as the implementation of relevant project management practices (status reporting, issue tracking etc.)
    • Conduct new client training
    • Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of cash management products, processes, and industry knowledge
    • Ability to prioritize daily workload to maximize productivity

    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor s Degree or Military Experience or Equivalent Work Experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • At least 4 years of detailed knowledge of Treasury Management products and an understanding of the sales process
