    Works collaboratively to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with hiring leaders, candidate pools, peer partners, and third-party vendors to deliver candidates for hiring needs. Assists in implementing sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates and build talent pipelines for open positions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and build community partnerships to generate candidate pipelines aligned with hiring objectives
    • Perform full life cycle recruiting using various recruitment methods
    • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Participate in recruitment and networking events, including military, diversity, and niche hiring initiatives
    • Contribute to staffing projects and enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies
    • Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives within Talent Acquisition
    • Apply knowledge of employment law, policies, and procedures
    • Provide solutions and escalate issues when appropriate
    • Maintain accurate and real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory hiring requirements
    • Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
    • Negotiate salary within approved ranges when required
    • Identify, monitor, and manage risks in accordance with compliance policies

    Required Experience

    • 2+ years of progressive experience in staffing, human resources, and/or account relationship management
    • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices

    Preferred Experience

    • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a large organization (35,000+ employees)
    • 2+ years of recruiting experience in financial services

    Required Tools & Technology

    • Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Eightfold)
    • LinkedIn (sourcing and recruiting)

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree
      OR
    • 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of degree

    Additional Requirements

    • Knowledge of screening and interviewing techniques

    Overview

    We are seeking a .NET Core Cloud Developer to support the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications. This role focuses on building scalable, cloud-native solutions, modernizing legacy systems, and developing robust APIs and front-end applications.

    The ideal candidate brings strong experience in .NET Core, Angular, API development, and SQL, along with exposure to cloud platforms, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    Application Development

    • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core and Angular
    • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Web APIs for scalable integrations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

    Cloud & Modernization

    • Modernize legacy systems into cloud-native and containerized architectures
    • Support deployments within OpenShift (OCP) environments
    • Contribute to scalable, resilient system design

    Data & Integration

    • Develop and optimize solutions using SQL Server and SQL databases
    • Integrate with enterprise platforms and messaging systems such as Kafka
    • Utilize Google Apigee for API management and gateway solutions

    Automation & DevOps

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience with .NET Core development
    • 3+ years of experience with Angular (or similar front-end frameworks)

    • 2+ years of experience with SQL Server / SQL databases
    • 2+ years of experience with Google Apigee
    • 2+ years of experience with OpenShift (OCP) and Autosys
    • Experience working in Agile development environments
    • Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging platforms
    • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
    • Experience with AI-related technologies or integrations
