    Enterprise Project Manager

    Location: Remote
    Duration: 12 Months
    Pay Rate: $80.00/hr

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead large-scale, highly complex enterprise programs supporting critical business and IT initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent projects or a large program portfolio, managing scope, cost, schedule, risk, and benefits realization while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.

    The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive project and program management experience, including leadership of $10M+ initiatives with large, cross-functional teams operating in a matrixed environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of very complex, hybrid business and IT programs

    • Oversee scope, schedule, cost, benefits, and risk management across multiple projects

    • Manage and mentor multiple project managers and project teams

    • Partner proactively with business sponsors and executive leadership to define goals, priorities, and delivery strategy

    • Establish and manage project plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial controls

    • Track key milestones, manage dependencies, and recommend course corrections as needed

    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks through contingency planning

    • Ensure integration across projects and alignment with business objectives

    • Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and metrics to senior leadership and steering committees

    • Develop and support business cases, project justifications, and ROI analyses

    • Ensure compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and governance

    • Optimize delivery efficiency and minimize execution duration

    • Serve as the primary interface with project sponsors and senior stakeholders

    • Promote continuous improvement and quality initiatives across project delivery

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+ years of progressive project and/or program management experience

    • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex programs (>$10M budgets; teams of 75+)

    • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a portfolio

    • Strong expertise in:

      • Project & Program Management Methodologies

      • Budgeting & Financial Management

      • Risk & Change Management

      • Resource Planning & Negotiation

      • Stakeholder & Client Management

    • Experience working in matrixed organizations

    • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms

    • Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills

    • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across competing priorities

    • Experience with multiple SDLCs (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)

    • 3+ years in a supervisory or people management role

    • Experience in enterprise, healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments

    • PMP or equivalent certification preferred

    Certifications

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience

    Financial Responsibility

    • Responsible for execution and oversight of $10–15M in annual project work
