    Key Attributes for a Field Representative Junior Military Rep

    • Military Affiliation: Honorable Discharge from US Military Active Reserves.
      Understanding of Military Culture: Deep, firsthand understanding of Military culture, values, customs, and the challenges faced by Military and their families.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with military personnel of all ranks.
    • Comfortable presenting information to groups and individuals.
    • Social Media Presence: Active and engaged social media presence, preferably with a focus on military-related topics or interests.
    • No posts that are counter to either military values and culture and the core values.
    • Passion for the Brand: Genuine enthusiasm for the brand, its products, services, and mission, with a strong desire to serve the military community. Active member of USAA.
    • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel frequently for meetings, events, and outreach activities.
    • Professionalism and Dependability: Commitment to representing the brand professionally, adhering to deadlines, and providing timely feedback.

    Additional Desirable Attributes:

    • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience within the military (e.g., NCO, junior officer).
    • Public Speaking Experience: Experience presenting information to groups or leading discussions.
    • Community Involvement: Active involvement in military-related organizations or community service.
    • Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of personal finance and investment principles.

Our Customer is seeking a Junior Military Field Representative to act as a frontline ambassador, engaging with military personnel and families through outreach, events, and digital platforms. This is more than a job, it’s a mission.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Represent our Customer with professionalism at military installations, events, and community functions.
    • Build authentic relationships with active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.
    • Deliver engaging presentations about our Customer’s products, services, and financial tools.
    • Create and share military-related content via social media to foster community engagement.
    • Travel regularly for outreach, events, and meetings.
    • Serve as a liaison between the military community and our Customer, providing valuable insights and feedback.

    What You Bring:

    • Military Affiliation: Former U.S. Army member or currently serving in the National Guard or Army Reserve.
    • Military Cultural Insight: Firsthand knowledge of Army values, traditions, and family life.
    • Communication Skills: Confident speaker with strong written and verbal communication.

    Job Title: Military Spouse Field Representative

    Overview:

    Our Customer is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Military Spouse Field Representative to serve as a vital connection between the organization and military families. The ideal candidate is a seasoned military spouse who understands the challenges and triumphs of military life firsthand. This position is field-based and requires initiative, professionalism, and a strong passion for advocating on behalf of military families and the our Customer’s brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a knowledgeable and empathetic liaison between our Customer and military families.
    • Attend community events, briefings, and installations to build brand awareness and share resources.
    • Use digital platforms and social media to share relevant updates, insights, and stories.
    • Represent the Customer’s brand with professionalism and authenticity at all public engagements.
    • Collect and report member feedback to internal teams to help improve products and outreach strategies.
    • Collaborate with other field representatives to support military communities across multiple regions.
    • Maintain regular communication and provide updates on activities and member insights.

    What You Bring:

    Adaptability and Resilience:

    • Minimum one Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move as an active-duty military spouse.
    • Experience navigating military family life, including deployments, remote duty, or transitions.
    • Flexible mindset and comfort with shifting priorities and travel.

    Strong Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Comfortable speaking with diverse audiences and initiating conversations.
    • Fluency with social media and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).

    Professionalism and Dependability:

    • Ability to meet deadlines, attend scheduled events, and represent the brand consistently.
    • Professional presence and behavior, including appropriate attire and conduct in the field.
    • Willingness to follow through and provide timely updates to the team.

    Passion for the Brand:

    • Genuine belief in our Customer’s mission and commitment to military families.
    • Non-sales-based advocacy role, focused on relationship-building and trust.

    Military Spouse Experience:

    • Ideally 5–10 years as a military spouse.
    • Lived experience with major aspects of military life, such as deployments, PCS moves, overseas duty stations, and dual-career or family balancing.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in community outreach, advocacy, education, or communications.
    • Active involvement in military family organizations or FRGs (Family Readiness Groups).
    • Familiarity with our Customer’s products and services (banking, insurance, etc.).
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role.
