    Job/Role Description:

    • This role supports the development of a new tool to generate the 2052A regulatory report as part of a major technology migration to a modern tech stack.
    • This position will analyze and compare current processes with new processes to ensure smooth transition and improved efficiency.
    • This position will ensure high-quality data delivery by performing data lineage analysis and documenting how data transforms step-by-step from source to final report.
    • Perform data and business analysis to support Treasury and Liquidity reporting requirements, including 2052A and 6G.
    • Gather and document business and technical requirements while collaborating with Scrum Masters and Developers in an Agile environment.
    • Write clear and comprehensive documentation for processes, data flows, and system changes.
    • Utilize SQL to query, analyze, and validate data across multiple systems.
    • Support functional analysis of balance sheet products including loans, deposits, and derivatives.
    • Identify gaps between current and future-state processes and recommend improvements.
    • Work independently with limited supervision while delivering high-quality results on tight timelines.
    • Accurately document analysis findings, requirements, and data lineage in appropriate systems and tools.
    • Report key findings and project status to management and stakeholders.

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong experience in data and business analysis with a mix of technical and functional skills.
    • Hands-on experience with Treasury, Liquidity, 2052A, and 6G reporting or systems.
    • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
    • Solid understanding of data lineage and the ability to trace and document how data transforms from source to final output.
    • Experience comparing current processes with new processes during system migrations or tool implementations.
    • Ability to write clear and concise technical and business documentation.

    Job/Role Description:

    • Provide administrative support in a team-oriented environment; Flexibility to support varying teams and cover where necessary
    • Proactive and detailed calendar management across multiple time zones, prioritize meeting requests, including coordination of complex meetings and phone/video conference calls
    • Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls; take detailed and accurate messages while interacting with high level business leaders and clients in a professional manner
    • Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements as required, including visa procurement, and processes expense reports or related invoices in a timely manner.
