    Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Professional to support the Central Operations team within Executive Wealth. This role will provide administrative and operational support to multiple advisor teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to multiple advisor teams within Executive Wealth.

    • Prepare, review, and edit confidential correspondence and documentation.

    • Manage document scanning, organization, and archiving across multiple internal systems.

    • Assist with preparation of travel expense reports and billing allocation documentation.

    • Support the handling of time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments.

    • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation management.

    • Assist with miscellaneous administrative and operational projects as needed.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Preferred Experience

    • Previous administrative or operations support experience in a professional office environment.

    • Experience supporting financial services, advisory, or wealth management teams is a plus.

  • Client Analyst

    Client Analyst 

    Location: Morristown, NJ (Onsite)
    Duration: 12 Months
    Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

    Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Analyst to join a centralized Client Service Team. This role plays a critical part in supporting Advisor teams and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients across onboarding, account management, tax support, and operational coordination.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong communication and analytical skills.


    Key Responsibilities

    Client Onboarding & Data Management

    • Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring accurate and timely account setup

    • Maintain and update client data within internal systems

    • Assist with client contracting and documentation processes

    Investment Account Processing

    • Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications

    • Monitor accounts through funding and activation

    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues

    Meeting Coordination

    • Schedule and coordinate client meetings for Advisor teams

    • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients

    Tax Season Support

    • Organize and manage tax documentation

    • Track client consents and finalize tax returns

    • Coordinate estimated payments and assist with e-filing processes

    Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Interface with internal departments to support investment and operational needs

    • Assist with matters related to Special Investments and Private Equity

    • Support Quality Control tracking and reporting metrics


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • 2–5 years of experience in a professional corporate environment

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused

    Preferred:

    • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment operations
