    Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an IT Project Manager for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in St. Louis, MO!


    Title:
    IT Project Manager

    Location: St. Louis, MO – Hybrid schedule
    Duration: 12+ Months
    Role Type: W2 contract engagement
    Pay Rate: $72-82/HR

    Role Description:

    • Independently defines and manages scope and schedule of large and complex projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgets.
    • Develops plan and resources (internal/external) for higher risk/impact and more complex projects (mega projects).
    • Helps prioritize projects or projects impacting multiple disciplines or groups.
    • Sets team members up for success by identifying and addressing their needs proactively, allowing the team to focus on valuable work (i.e., is a servant leader).
    • Provides vendor management expertise in reviewing request for proposals, vendor contracts and selecting appropriate vendors.
    • Manages demand planning process with Demand Planning group; guides others on the process and understands broader organizational demand planning.

    • Assists in the development, implementation and enhancement of PMO processes, methodology, tools and automation.
    • Provides expertise with logistics, problem solve and tweak processes to drive team velocity and ensure full team engagement.
    • Removes progress barrier (e.g., cultural, administrative, logistical challenges) and shields the team from external interference to ensure team is fully invested, functional and productive. Can actively manage change control issues as they occur.
    • Prepares stakeholders for project delivery, facilitates transparency, adaptation and communicates how mega-projects drive value for the business.
    • Facilitates recurring status meetings with stakeholders including Digital Project Managers, Digital Supervisors, and Digital Directors.
    • Creates, delivers and implements project change approach, strategy and plan; delivers customer facing and internal change management activities to ensure ongoing stakeholder and user engagement; guides team and peers in the roles and responsibilities of change management.

    Requirements

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • MS Project, Primavera, etc., project management tools.
    • 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting or project accounting including cost management systems to support project budget, forecast, and spend required.
    • 2+ years of experience at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies preferred.

    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams by facilitating Scrum practices, removing impediments, and enabling high-performing teams. This role will partner closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective Agile execution while promoting continuous improvement and strong collaboration.

    The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, experience working within large enterprise environments, and a demonstrated ability to guide teams through complex delivery initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

    • Guide teams in the effective use of Scrum practices to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work.

    • Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or sprint commitments.

    • Support product owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning activities.

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration within Agile teams.

    • Track and communicate team progress, sprint outcomes, and delivery metrics to stakeholders.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational Agile practices and delivery goals.

    • Promote Agile best practices and help teams mature their Agile adoption and performance.

    • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams when dependencies exist.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or working within Agile delivery teams.

    • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum teams in delivering software or technical solutions.

    • Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.

    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

    Required Certifications

    One or more of the following Agile certifications is required:

    • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

    • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

    • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

    • Or another recognized Agile certification

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience working within large organizations or Fortune 500 companies

    Title: Unmanned Aerial Systems Specialist
    Location: St. Charles, MO (local/onsite)
    Role Type: W2 contract engagement
    Hours: Mon-Thurs, 10-hour shifts
    Pay Rate: up to $26/HR

    About The Position

    The Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Specialist I is responsible for executing UAS data capture flights, accurate and complete post-flight processing of sensed data, and disseminating and storage of remotely sensed data obtained by the UAS Program. In addition to flying missions, this position will process and create quality end product data as defined by organizational needs and within the limits of current technology used during flight missions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet deadlines and due date requirements for flight activities and data delivery schedules, including the ability to safely and effectively gather data for expected number of distribution poles per requirements, understand and deliver data related to transmission reliability inspections. Perform all required UAV missions as per mission requirements.
    • Operate to mission standards, all other inspection equipment, including but not limited to survey systems, ground based 3D Scanning devices, handheld infrared/corona devices and other cameras.
    • Ensure collected data is stored and maintained at the organizational level and dispersed to the appropriate groups while maintaining data security protocols.
    • Perform UAS work management activities including job tracking and UAV Maintenance.
    • Perform data gathering and processing procedures related to Infrared (IR) data capture.
    • Read and interpret mobile mapping applications such as ArcGIS Collector and Apple Maps to assist in mission strategy planning.
    • Keep up to date with the latest federal/state and local regulations surrounding UAS operations and comply with the client UAS Policy and all Standard Operating Procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in UAS or Robotics required with one year relevant experience (e.g.,infrastructure UAS operations) preferred. Part 107 Certification required.

    OR

    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years relevant experience (e.g., infrastructure UAS operations) required. Part 107 Certification required.

    Additional Information

    This position requires the ability to lift up to 55 Lbs. and sit/stand for long periods in all weather conditions.

    Job Title: LiDAR Sensing ANALYST
    Role Type: W2 only, no C2C, no 1099
    Duration: 6-month contract with a possibility of converting to hire

    The LiDAR Sensing Analyst is responsible for gathering, organizing, classifying, and processing remotely sensed data (LiDAR/Survey Data, Digital Twin/Reality Capture Data, RGB Imagery, Video, Multi-spectral, etc.) and other GIS data for asset management using a variety of remote sensing tools, including but not limited to, Leica, Phoenix LiDAR, Global Mapper, Esri products, PiX4D, Trimble, etc.

     

    Key responsibilities:

    • Gather, organize, and process geospatial data captured by remote sensing or other medium. 
    • QA/QC field datasets for accuracy, completeness and assure quality deliverables as related to remote sensing processes.
    • Produce and maintain various 3D models using Leica (.lgsx) or other formats.
    • Create delivery datasets for pre/post LiDAR data collection for various stakeholders under the direction of senior staff and as needed, including reports, geospatial image products (orthophotos, etc.) and other data packages.
    • Continuously work to integrate new processes into the client’s Geospatial framework.
    • Develop and apply geospatial solutions to meet customer requests
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with geospatial data and related software
    • Prepare field equipment for missions including LiDAR and related equipment, drones, survey devices, cleaning and packing targets, maintaining production facility, help with loading and kitting field vehicles for missions, help with unloading equipment and inventory after missions, etc.
    • Support potential 24/7 after-hours work for emergency callouts.
    • Be available for periodic, infrequent field visits, driving own vehicle to locations in service territory
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training for users

    Educational Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in GIS, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.
    • One or more years of experience with Leica, PLS-CAD, and Trimble Surveying Applications preferred.
    • Part 107 UAS Certification acquired or the ability to obtain it is a plus.

    In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate

    Proven analytical skills, able to make sound decisions with ambiguous information and possess a high level of organizational skills; creative self-starter with strong interpersonal skills – able to work effectively as a team and with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization; excellent communication skills, including presentation, written, and verbal.     Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain Generative AI agents to support business and technical use cases.
