    Position Summary
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to support our Software Asset Management (SAM) team. This role will play a critical part in coordinating software asset management initiatives, supporting software purchasing processes, maintaining project documentation, tracking financial and procurement activities, and ensuring successful execution of software-related projects.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills, experience working within software asset management, procurement, sourcing, or application management environments, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Software Asset Management Support

    • Support the Software Asset Management team in managing software lifecycle processes and related initiatives.
    • Assist with software purchase validations and asset documentation.
    • Help develop, maintain, and improve software purchasing request and procurement processes.
    • Coordinate activities related to software contracts, licensing, and asset tracking.

    Project Coordination

    • Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of software asset management projects.
    • Support organizational and operational transformation initiatives, including team restructuring efforts.
    • Update and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables, and project documentation.
    • Coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders and departments.

    Financial & Procurement Coordination

    • Create and manage purchase requests and purchase orders (POs).
    • Support procurement, sourcing, and finance teams in software acquisition processes.
    • Track and maintain records related to software expenditures and purchasing activities.
    • Assist with financial reporting and documentation related to software assets.

    Reporting & Communication

    • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and meeting records.
    • Facilitate communication among project teams, application owners, software vendors (limited interaction), procurement, finance, and leadership stakeholders.
    • Present information clearly and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences.

    Workflow Management

    • Manage and prioritize work through:
      • ServiceNow queues and requests
      • Shared software management inboxes
      • Jira boards and project tracking tools
    • Participate in regular team meetings, project standups, and cross-functional collaboration sessions.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, software asset management, procurement, sourcing, application management, or a related field.
    • Knowledge and experience within the Software Asset Management (SAM) environment.
    • Experience creating and processing purchase requests and purchase orders.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including:
      • Excel
      • Word
      • PowerPoint
      • Microsoft Project
    • Experience working with:
      • ServiceNow
      • Jira
      • SAP
    • Understanding of software purchasing and procurement processes.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Test Engineer

    Test Engineer

    Location:  Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
    Duration:  12 Month Contract

    Position Summary

    The QA Analyst/Test Engineer will support quality assurance activities across the SNAP-E program and the ServiceNow Platform Enhancement portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing testing strategies, executing test plans, managing defects, coordinating UAT activities, and establishing automated testing capabilities using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

    This position plays a critical role in improving platform quality, reducing production risk, increasing release confidence, and supporting the organization’s AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong ServiceNow testing experience and hands-on expertise in designing and maintaining ATF automation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans for ServiceNow initiatives.
    • Create and maintain manual and automated test cases.
    • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites.
    • Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and release validation testing.
    • Support testing activities for SNAP-E use cases, AI-enabled workflows, and platform enhancements.
    • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
    • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, and product owners throughout the SDLC.
    • Establish testing standards, processes, and best practices across the ServiceNow platform.
    • Support platform upgrades, releases, and deployment validation activities.
    • Produce testing metrics, status reporting, and quality dashboards.
    • Build reusable regression testing assets to improve long-term testing efficiency.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Quality Assurance or Software Testing experience.
    • 3+ years of ServiceNow testing experience.
    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
    • Experience testing ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and platform customizations.
    • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
    • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certification.
    • Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Employee Center, Service Catalog, and IntegrationHub solutions.
    • Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
    • Experience with test automation and regression testing strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities for software, technology, and professional services.
    • Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate vendor contracts, statements of work (SOWs), amendments, and licensing agreements.
    • Partner with legal, finance, procurement, and business stakeholders to ensure contracts align with organizational policies and business objectives.
