    Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an IAM Production Support Engineer,a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!

    This is a W2 contract opportunity, and the candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY, NO C2C.

    Single Sign on(SSO) -Production Support Engineer

    Locations: HYBRID (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Minneapolis, New York, Charlotte, Raleigh, Dallas, Columbus, Iselin (NJ), Chandler, AZ
    Type: Contract – 12 months (with potential extension)

    Shift Hours: Normal working business hours with overnight (12 hours) on call rotation every 4-6 weeks

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Information Security Engineer with deep expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies to join our cybersecurity engineering team. This role involves supporting, implementing, and optimizing authentication and authorization systems across complex, distributed environments.

    The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Okta, Ping, and federated authentication standards such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, and SAML 2.0, while ensuring the reliability, scalability, and compliance of enterprise security platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support and manage enterprise SSO solutions including installation, configuration, and integration of platforms such as Okta or Ping.
    • Maintain and optimize secure access management in mission-critical, highly available environments.
    • Implement and enforce authentication and authorization standards (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SAML 2.0).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure, scalable access control solutions.
    • Contribute to planning, risk management, and compliance documentation related to information security deliverables.
    • Provide consultative input on complex security engineering initiatives and resolve technical challenges.
    • Ensure all implementations align with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    Required Qualifications

    • 4+ years of information security applications and systems experience.
    • 2+ years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting SSO platforms (Okta or Ping).
    • Strong knowledge of agent-based, web-based, and federated authentication standards.
    • Proven ability to support applications in distributed, mission-critical environments.
    • Proficiency with SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SAML 2.0).

    Preferred Background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related technical field.
    • Certifications such as CISSP, Okta Certified Professional, or Ping Identity Specialist a plus.

    Job Details and Requirements

    Position Summary:

    The Senior Project Manager will oversee infrastructure builds from a physical layer perspective. This includes designing and managing installation of cabling, fiber optics, racks, and related infrastructure. The role ensures compliance with National Fire Protection and Electrical Codes, creates build designs, and coordinates with contractors or internal technicians. Responsibilities include managing materials and parts lists for projects ranging from $10K to $5M.

    Supports internal stakeholders and external construction contractors and vendors.

    Work Environment / Team Culture

    • Highly collaborative and fast-paced. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage bids and estimates.

    Risks / Safety Considerations

    • High-risk field work environment. Must ensure NEC compliance and safe physical infrastructure design.

    Ramp-Up Time

    • Minimum 5 years of experience required.
    • Expected to be comfortable within 3 months; proficient within 6–12 months. Long-term, critical role.

    Work Hours / Shift

    • Standard daytime hours (e.g., 7:30–4 or 8–5). Some overtime expected (a few hours weekly, up to 10 hours during busy weeks).

    Top Skills and Qualifications

    • BICSI Certification (e.g., RCDD – Registered Communications Distribution Designer)
    • Experience with CAT 6A installations, RF tower construction, and campus communication systems.
    • NEC compliance knowledge; journeyman electrician license is a plus.
    • Infrastructure design and bid comparison experience.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 10–15+ preferred.
    • Must have a valid drivers license.

    Program Manager – Utilities (SAP / Salesforce) – Large-Scale Transformation

    We are seeking a Senior Program Manager (Program Manager III) to lead a major enterprise program to replace our existing SAP Work Manager platform, used daily by 3,000–4,000 frontline workers across our service territory. Work Manager will retire at the end of 2026, and the organization has selected a new product and engaged a Systems Integrator (SI) to deliver the solution.

    This role will serve as the primary point of contact between the utility and the SI, driving program direction, execution, risk mitigation, and alignment across IT, business teams, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate brings utility industry experience, direct work with frontline field-worker technologies, and a strong background in managing large, multi-year technology transformation programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead a multi-year, enterprise-wide program to replace SAP Work Manager with a next-generation field workforce technology platform and experience working with front line workers
    • Serve as the central liaisonbetween the company, Systems Integrator, and solution vendor.
    • Oversee and coordinate multiple complex workstreams, ensuring alignment with business needs, timelines, and budget.
    • Manage program plans, RAID logs, governance structures, and cross-functional communication.
    • Drive vendors and internal teams to hit milestones; escalate risks and issues promptly.
    • Partner closely with IT, field operations, and business stakeholders supporting 3k–4k field workers.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates with senior leaders and operational teams.
    • Ensure readiness for deployment, cutovers, testing cycles, change management, and field adoption.
    • Lead a blended team of ~20 SI consultants, ~20 internal matrixed IT resources, and a large group of business stakeholders
    • Collaborate daily with the Systems Integrator on program execution.
    • Conduct risk assessments, manage dependencies, and maintain program artifacts.
    • Coordinate between CST and MST teams; respond to deployment issues if needed.
    • Engage regularly with frontline operations to ensure solution fit and adoption readiness.
    • Prepare executive-level updates for leadership and steering committees.

    Required Qualifications

    • 7–10+ years of experience in Program Management leading large, enterprise-level technology programs.
    • Demonstrated success overseeing multi-workstream programs with significant business impact.
    • Strong communication and facilitation skills with both technical and frontline operational teams.
    • Experience delivering tools or technology platforms directly used by frontline field workers.
    • Prior experience in the utility or energy sector.
    • Strong vendor, SI, and stakeholder management capabilities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience implementing or replacing SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.
    • Background in large-system modernization or field mobility solutions.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, though extensive experience strongly valued.

    Work Environment & Logistics

    • Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday.
    • Travel to service centers (approx. 25%, flexible).
    • Team is split between CST and MST time zones.
    • Standard work hours; occasional flexibility needed around product deployments.

    Hiring Timeline

    • Interviews targeted for late December.
    • Desired start date: Mid–Januaryto participate in program kickoff.
