    Role Overview
    The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. They will manage project scope, timelines, and resources, and will be accountable for all aspects of the project lifecycle.

    Top Skills:

    • Experience with commercial off the shelf software deployment projects, including integration with legacy systems. 
    • Strong financial management background, including actuals/variance analysis, forecasting, etc. 
    • Experience with project management tools and software including Microsoft Project, Office 365, Confluence, SPM/ServiceNow, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • 5-7 years of direct project management experience, with an additional 5-10 years of PM or PM-adjacent experience such as PMO, BA, Test Lead, etc.
    • Experience working in larger organizations with interdepartmental coordination. 
    • Strong verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to run meetings and workshops effectively.
    • Ability to summarize and visualize project information into engaging and illustrative executive summaries.

    Overview

    We are seeking a highly collaborative Full Stack Engineer to support enterprise application modernization, data platform initiatives, and large-scale Spark migration efforts within a complex enterprise environment.

    This role combines hands-on software engineering, ETL modernization, API development, cloud-native tooling, and production support responsibilities. The primary focus will be migrating legacy SSIS pipelines into modern Apache Spark-based data processing solutions while supporting a portfolio of enterprise applications and data lake processes.

    The ideal candidate brings strong backend engineering skills, modern frontend experience, and the ability to work across multiple systems and teams in a highly collaborative environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and support migration of SSIS ETL pipelines to Apache Spark / Spark Flow

     PROJECT SUMMARY

    This contractor will have the Opportunity to join a long-standing Mainframe engineering team supporting critical Data Distributor Deposits application. The environment is maintenance heavy and stability focused, with engineers responsible for modifying existing COBOL applications based on product requirements, testing changes, and deploying them into production. This is not greenfield development; success in this role comes from strong MF Cobol / VSAM knowledge, careful change management, and the ability to work within decades old systems. 

    • Support and maintain the Data Distributor, NOVA and SD applications in the Core Deposits team in MN.
    • Modify existing COBOL programs to meet product and business requirements (enhancements, fixes, regulatory updates)
    • Validate and distribute data to Hogan IDS, including nightly batch processing.
    • Develop and maintain JCL for batch jobs and production workflows.
    • Perform testing, validation, and production deployments following the company’s change processes.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with product partners.
