    Job Summary:

    This role is for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects within the Information Privacy and Security Office, focusing on cybersecurity, risk management, Epic EMR, and application security. The successful candidate will manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget, while aligning security measures with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage cybersecurity and information security projects, developing project plans and schedules, and identifying and mitigating risks.
    • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance and integrate security measures.
    • Oversee the implementation of security policies and controls in line with standards like HIPAA, NIST, and ISO 27001, and manage project budgets and vendor relationships.

    Job Summary:

    Work Management Specialist Plans and prepares work orders for multi-week schedule for all groups involved in equipment outages, corrective and preventive maintenance, capital and operating/maintenance modifications. Works with internal resources, vendors, and contractors to develop and execute work packages maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. Utilizes the following systems to create and track optimal sequencing of work orders and work completion: Maximo, SAP, Documentum, EBS, scheduling software, and Office 365.

    • Requires strong coordination and planning, scheduling, and estimating skills to ensure maintenance is performed in a timely and efficient manner with verifiable metrics.
    • Identifies root causes of problems and establishes work scope for daily and project work
    • Develops accurate time and resource estimates that require appropriate levels of productivity
    • Develops accurate job plans that provide step by step process to complete work scope efficiently
    • Validates resource and job plan estimates against actuals to improve Maximo data
    • Creates or supports accurate, complete multi-week schedules, including milestone dates for major projects
    • Builds complete packages, including safety notices, which are validated through walk-downs
    • Manages backlog consolidation requests
    • Completes required purchasing and procurement tasks as necessary
    • Develops and maintains and supports the management of preventive maintenance work
    • Recommends the most effective use of both internal and external resources including the use of data analytics

    • Creates and maintains effective daily interactions with engineering, project management, various levels of job supervisors, specialty vendors and contractors

    Preferred Experience:

    • Prior supervisory experience in a maintenance environment

    Engagement Description

    Assists the project management teams by developing, monitoring and updating estimates and/or an integrated project plan and schedule so that the project may be executed in the most efficient manner possible. Applies methods and techniques, standards, processes, procedures, guidelines and templates, to efficiently manage, develop, and control project estimates/schedules. Assignments are received in the form of results expected; within operating policies and procedures. Incumbent has the discretion to select from alternative approaches; decisions may involve changes to normal work processes. Span of control: 0; this is an individual contributor job.

    • Supports project team and estimating/scheduling personnel efforts toward the development of the project plan and translating the project plan into the project estimate/schedule.
    • Develops and provides analysis of project estimates or schedules, including, as applicable, CPM software implementation, time impact and delay analysis, and review of periodic schedule updates.
    • Ensures the credibility of the information contained in the estimate/schedule.
    • Assists with the preparation of project time and/or cost claims.
    • Develops and records project historical estimate/schedule information and lessons learned.

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    • Scheduler: 2+ years of experience working with Primavera, preferably P6
    • Estimator: 2+ years of experience in construction estimating on large projects, also N8, Heavy Bed, & RSmeans experience

    Education/Certifications

    This is a dual track base requirement job; education & experience requirements can be satisfied through one of the following options:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Business Administration or a related field & 3+ years of job-relevant experience.

    SUMMARY:

    Responsible for providing world-class quality technical support while maintaining an extraordinarily high level of customer service for the entire health system. Support for these devices and technologies include but not limited to desktops and laptops, virtual machines, tablets, desk phones, mobile phones, printers, wired and wireless networks, VPNs, webcams, dictation hardware, and technically integrated medical devices such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and anesthesia machines.

    PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical support to customers for technologies that may include desktops and laptops, virtual machines, tablets, desk phones, mobile phones, printers, wired and wireless networks, VPNs, web cams, dictation hardware, usage of said technology in and outside of client locations, technically integrated medical devices such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and anesthesia machines, and a variety of software.

    Responsible for the design and construction and/or commissioning of intermediate to large-size capital renewable projects. May be asked to train and mentor more associate project managers. Uses formal project management methods to coordinate project team activities including defining the scope of work, scheduling, estimating and engineering. Manage costs and change control procedures and ensure project close-out and documentation processes are complete. Types of projects include solar, wind, and energy storage, with hands-on construction assignments in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Develops renewable energy project scope and coordinates a team of specialists who provide project schedule, cost estimates and engineering specifications for capital projects.
    • Ensures the completion of engineering, design, installation, testing, commissioning into service and project closeout.
