    Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Product Specialist for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest customers located in Topeka, KS!

    Job Title: Product Specialist
    Role Type: W2 only
    Duration: 6 months
    Location: Kansas City, MO
    Schedule: Hybrid (Monday and Friday Remote)

    Additional Information

    This is a hybrid position, with the ability to work remote on Monday and Friday. Will be required to travel to and work onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

    Job Description

    This position manages the data reconciliation and provides system administrative support in the areas of new and existing energy efficiency and demand response programs or services within the DSM Organization for residential and/or commercial customers. Supports program managers in efforts with program budgets and customer IT capital projects and is the primary contact for outside vendor and subcontractor relationships, including any local vendor presence, to ensure program data is successfully transferred and captured in the system of record. Support Product Managers to maintain product requirements and implementation processes.

    Skill/Education/Experience

    • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, economics, marketing or a related discipline preferred or 4 years of directly related experience.
    • A general understanding of demand side management (DSM) including energy efficiency and demand response programs.
    • Ability to perform data mining or data analysis is preferred, including SQL queries. Detail orientation is critical.
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
    • Effective written and oral communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
