    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java with experience building scalable, secure web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java and modern frontend development with React, along with exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.

    You will work closely with product owners, architects, and security teams to deliver high-quality, secure solutions in an Agile environment.


     

    Required Qualifications

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java (Spring / Spring Boot) and React
    • Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components with backend services
    • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT)

    Security Configuration Analyst – Baseline

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Security Baseline Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and governance of security baseline configuration documentation. This role partners closely with product owners, asset owners, and subject matter experts to ensure security baselines align with industry standards, organizational requirements, and evolving technologies.


    Core Responsibilities

    Baseline Documentation Management

    • Prepare, maintain, and publish security baseline configuration documents aligned with industry standards such as CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIGs, as well as vendor-specific requirements

    • Manage updates and version control for existing baselines and develop new baselines as required

    • Ensure baseline documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready

    Review and Evaluation

    • Review and validate JIRA components related to baseline requests and changes

    • Evaluate new and existing technologies to determine baseline applicability and security requirements

    • Review and assess supporting evidence for the retirement or decommissioning of outdated baselines

    Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Collaborate with product owners, asset class owners, and security SMEs during baseline development and review cycles

    • Coordinate stakeholder feedback and facilitate draft reviews

    • Obtain required approvals from stakeholders and internal leadership prior to baseline publication


    Skills & Competencies

    Technical Knowledge

    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Change Implementation Manager to lead and manage client-facing implementations within a payments and merchant acquiring environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, clear communication, and successful delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with technical acumen, deep customer service skills, and hands-on experience with payments platforms such as FIS or Cybersource.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end implementation and change management activities for merchant acquiring and payments clients.

    • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, managing communication, expectations, and issue resolution throughout onboarding and change initiatives.

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, technology, operations, risk, and customer support to deliver implementations on time and within scope.

    • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies for multiple concurrent implementations.

    • Support client onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

    • Leverage knowledge of payments platforms (FIS, Cybersource) to guide technical discussions and implementation decisions.
