Job Title: Senior Python / Specialty Software Engineer – Generative AI & Full Stack

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview:
In this role, you will consult on complex, high-impact software engineering initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and solution architecture within Specialty Software Engineering. This position requires expert-level Python development experience, strong full-stack/UI engineering skills, and hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and modern cloud-native architectures. You will evaluate multi-dimensional technical challenges and partner directly with client stakeholders to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop Python-based automation, AI applications, and full-stack solutions.
• Lead Generative AI / LLM product design and rapid prototyping using OpenAI, Google ADK, Agent Frameworks, MCP, etc.
• Contribute to large-scale, strategic engineering initiatives requiring evaluation of intangible or unprecedented factors.
• Design cloud-native architectures and contribute to Platform Engineering & AI enablement in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
• Develop modern, highly performant user interfaces using ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and advanced UX/UI practices.
• Apply strong software architecture & design patterns, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and security guidelines.
• Collaborate strategically with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure extreme attention to detail and quality across AI, automation, and front-end experiences.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Python development experience (primary focus)
• 6+ years of Full Stack Java / software architecture & UI/UX development
• Strong Python automation experience (2–4 years)
• Experience with cloud architecture & cloud-native technologies (1–2 years minimum)
• Proven ability to thrive in complex, multi-factor engineering environments
• Demonstrated expertise in software design, architecture, and engineering best practices

Preferred / High-Value Skills:

• Generative AI application design & development (OpenAI, Google ADK, LLMs, Agent Frameworks, MCP)
• Rapid prototyping & design thinking
• Modern UI frameworks: ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, CSS architecture
• Machine Learning fundamentals & Python-based ML frameworks
• Java + Spring Framework familiarity

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex, large-scale initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering, leveraging deep expertise in Python, full stack engineering, and UI/UX design. This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic collaboration with clients, and the ability to evaluate and resolve multi-faceted engineering challenges with high impact and complexity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad enterprise impact.
• Architect, design, and develop Python-based and full stack solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Deliver front-end UI/UX design and engineering aligned with modern usability and accessibility best practices.
• Review and analyze multi-variable, complex engineering problems—considering both technical and strategic implications.
• Advise on long-term solution roadmaps, technical frameworks, and engineering standards.
• Strategically collaborate with client stakeholders, architecture, and product teams to drive solution alignment with business goals.
• Ensure solutions adhere to policies, compliance requirements, and enterprise engineering standards.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other engineers as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing with Python (advanced proficiency) — Required
