Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Outreach Coordinator to support the execution and performance of the SPP (Storm Protection Plan) Customer Outreach Program. This role will focus on coordinating customer communications, tracking outreach milestones, managing inbound feedback, and supporting public engagement events.

This is a temporary assignment while full-time team members are on extended leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the SPP Inbox to screen and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints

• Maintain databases for:

  • Project milestone communication schedules

  • All customer outreach efforts, including complaints and inquiry resolution statuses

• Coordinate mailings (postcards, letters) and digital communications with the internal print shop

• Track execution of communications protocols by milestone/project

• Support organization and scheduling of in-person meetings with stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure consistent and timely outreach

Required Skills and Experience:

Supervisory Experience:

Licenses/Certifications

Required skills:
