    We are seeking a senior-level Enterprise Project Manager IV to lead large-scale, highly complex business and IT initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing multimillion-dollar programs, managing multiple project managers, and partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

    Healthcare and regulatory experience (Medicare preferred) is highly desired but not required.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and deliver enterprise-level programs and portfolios ($10–15M annually) across business and IT initiatives

    • Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization

    • Oversee and mentor multiple project managers within a matrixed organization

    • Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, and IT leadership to drive outcomes

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong expertise in budgeting, change management, risk management, and resource planning

    • Experience with hybrid project and software development lifecycles

    • Advanced knowledge of project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)

    • Develop and implement scalable, secure, and compliant IAM frameworks for hybrid environments.
    • Design capacity sizing, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures for IIQ and Virtual Appliance (VA) concepts for ISC.

    On-Premise & Cloud Delivery:

    • Stabilize and optimize on-premise SailPoint IIQ implementations (governance, performance tuning, and connector updates).
    • Build and execute a pragmatic migration strategy from IIQ to IdentityNow (ISC).
    • Configure/develop custom connectors, plugins, and SCIM/REST integrations for SaaS, HRMS, and legacy target systems.

    Implementation & Technical Leadership:

    • Develop complex rules, workflows, policies, and LCM processes (using Java/BeanShell).
    • Configure access certification campaigns, SOD policies, and birthright provisioning.
    • Establish CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform) for code promotion.

    Stakeholder & Governance Management:

    • Present architecture, security risk narratives, and roadmaps to CXO-level and governance boards.
    • Mentor developers and administrators, setting coding standards and best practices.
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and security teams to align IAM solutions with business objectives. 

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with 4+ years of focused hands-on experience in SailPoint implementation (both IIQ and ISC).
    • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

    5.  Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the care management plan, assess adherence to care plan to ensure progress to goals and adjust and reevaluate as necessary.

    7. Prepare the member and/or caregiver for discharge from a facility to home or for transfer to another healthcare facility to support continuity of care.
    8. Educate the member and/or caregiver about post-transition care and needed follow-up, summarizing what happened during an episode of care.
    9. Secure durable medical equipment and transportation services and communicate this to the member and/or caregiver and to key individuals at the receiving facility or home care agency.
    10. Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and guidelines meeting quality and production goals.
    11. Continue professional development by completing relevant continuing education and maintaining Certified Case Manager (CCM).

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    1. Nursing Diploma or Associates degree in nursing required.
    2. Bachelor’s degree in nursing strongly preferred.
    3. 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a clinical, acute/post-acute care, and community setting required.
    4. 1 year of case management experience in a managed care setting strongly preferred.
    5. Experience managing patients telephonically and via digital channels (mobile applications and messaging) preferred.

     

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    1. Current, active, and unrestricted COMPACT/Out-of-STATE Registered Nurse license required
