    Role Summary
    We are looking for a senior practitioner who has successfully built and deployed at least one production-grade Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solution. The ideal candidate should be capable of working across the full AI lifecycle, including ingestion, retrieval, modeling, APIs, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.

    Job Description:

    This role is responsible for project management within the New England market, including gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into IT requirements, developing Statements of Work (SOWs), managing budgets, and overseeing projects through implementation. The position is accountable for managing all phases of the project lifecycle.

    Our team supports local market initiatives rather than enterprise projects. These efforts include medical device deployments requiring network and clinical system integrations, provider practice relocations, acquisitions, deployment of new standard solutions, and practice closures. The environment is fast-paced, with aggressive timelines and significant delivery expectations.

    Prefer project managers who have worked for hospitals with some IT hospital experience. The project manager will be managing projects regarding medical devices which need to integrate to a clinical solution, new solutions, department builds, provider practices onboarding, etc.

     

    POSITION PURPOSE

     

    Main concentration will be project management of applications projects, this individual may be assigned to other areas. Knowledge of Health Care Industry would be great.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    1. Plans, manages and oversees development and implementation phases and processes of project management life cycle. Manages medium to large scope projects across the enterprise.
    2. Prepares, monitors and manages project plans involving pre-approved initiatives established by senior leadership. Identifies and finalizes project scope and objectives; defines team member roles, activities and functional responsibilities. Identifies detailed tasks and timeline.
    3. Develops, monitors and manages project budget (i.e., analysis, reconciliation, forecasting, expenditure authorization, personnel needs, tracking and reporting) as required by TIS operations.
    4. Plans project team members’ work, assigns tasks and monitors progress.
    5. Includes day-to-day problem resolution and troubleshooting; serves as a key resource concerning all project processes, managing deliverables and project progression. Identifies areas that present challenges and opportunities and make recommendations that provide practical options and solutions.
    6. May provide staff assignments to project team members, generally in a matrix work environment. Serves as technical resource and provides analytical and practical guidance to project team members and lower level Project Managers.
    7. Manages customer relations to ensure customers are actively engaged throughout the project life cycle. Works with customers to ensure business process workflows, training and communication plans are completed. Provides appropriate tools, training, guidance and necessary resources to resolve problems, avert potential risks and maintain customer engagement
    8. Keep project teams, enterprise business sponsors and TIS leadership apprised through routine communications, reports and status meetings to ensure project plans and deliverables are met; potential risks are quickly identified and resolved, and customer expectations are reached.
    9. Facilitates meetings with business owners and key stakeholders to gather scope requirements (i.e., business workflow mapping and impact analysis, product selection, resources, timelines and costs). Collaborates with senior management and project sponsors to identify project stakeholders and determine project goals, scope and vision. Develops documents for project initiation based on scope requirements (i.e., Project Charter, Statement of Work, Work Plans).
    10. May manage vendor relationships and consultants.
    11. Analyzes business needs and requirements and provides technical guidance to management and key decision-makers in determining selection of appropriate software, hardware and IS solutions which support business needs, strategic goals and established TIS standards.
    12. Conducts post project analysis. Meets with business owners to conduct project closure activities.
    13. Prepares outstanding issues and lessons learned documentation.
    14. Close out project related tracking systems and transition project over to operational status if needed

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
    2. Three to five years experience with managing progressively complex projects and ability to apply appropriate project management methodology.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Develops renewable energy project scope and coordinates a team of specialists who provide project schedule, cost estimates and engineering specifications for capital projects.

    ENGAGEMENT DESCRIPTION
    The Case Manager RN leads the coordination of a multidisciplinary team to deliver a holistic, person-centric care management program to a diverse health plan population with a variety of health and social needs. They serve as the single point of contact for members, caregivers, and providers using a variety of communication channels, including phone calls, emails, text messages, and the company’s online messaging platform. The Case Manager RN uses the case management process to assess, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate care plans designed to optimize the member’s health across the care continuum. They work in partnership with the member, providers of care, and community resources to develop and implement the plan of care and achieve stated goals.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

    1. Lead the coordination of a regionally aligned, multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to meet member needs telephonic and/or digitally. The multidisciplinary team is inclusive of Medical and Behavioral Health Social Workers, Registered Dietitians, Pharmacists, Clinical Support Staff and Medical Directors.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation program within a leading Mobility & Convenience organization. This role will provide PMO leadership across multiple cross-functional workstreams, partnering with Technology, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and deployment teams to ensure successful program execution.

    The ideal candidate has experience managing complex technology, retail, or downstream energy programs, with strong PMO, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder coordination skills.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Own day-to-day PMO coordination across Technology, Procurement, Finance, deployment partners, and workstream leads.
    • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, action items, dependencies, status reporting, and governance documentation.

This role will be responsible for implementing and evolving the enterprise governance framework to ensure data is trusted, secure, compliant, and effectively used across business units.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Maintain and evolve the enterprise-wide data governance framework, ensuring policies, standards, and processes are current, consistent, and aligned with organizational strategy.

    Education & Experience Requirements

    • 5–8 years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality, metadata management, or related disciplines
    • Experience working within a hub‑and‑spoke governance model or other federated data management structures
    • Hands-on experience with enterprise data governance tools (e.g., Azure Purview Collibra, Alation or Similar)
    • Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX)
    • Strong understanding of data architecture concepts, including lineage, metadata, master data, and reference data
