Location: Denver, CO/Minneapolis, MN
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days a week
Contract duration: 12 months.

Job description:
Scope of Work/Project Overview
- Involvement in multiple capital projects to integrate near real-time operational data from new generation sites into the Enterprise PI ecosystem.
- Development of Asset Framework (AF) analytics models and data visualization solutions.
- Typical Aveva PI project responsibilities include:
- OT/IT data integration
- Data management
- Asset Framework data modeling
- PI Vision development
- Distribution of OT data to third-party systems and subsystems
- Responsible for delivering a comprehensive end-to-end solution.
- Ensure high-quality OT data is seamlessly integrated into the IT environment.
- Develop processes to enable efficient data utilization and analytics.
Typical Day
- Work within an Agile methodology
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to:
- Share updates
- Address task-related questions or concerns
- Focus on delivering solutions throughout the day.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and team members.
- Attend weekly team meetings.
- Represent the team in project meetings and discussions.

Required Skills:
- Aveva (OSI soft) PI System Engineer:
- 5+ year of experience with overall OSI Soft PI products and tools.
- 5+ years of PI Asset Framework (AF), Analytics experience.
- Hands on experience working with PI Vision and other visualization technologies.
- Solid Analytical, Business intelligence and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of IT/OT networking, communication protocols, and server hardware/software configuration and real-time data connectivity experience.
- Scripting and programming (C#, Python) experience highly preferred.
- Electric and Gas utility industry experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
