    Job Summary:

    The Supply Chain Business Analyst – Contract Administration supports Procurement by performing contract administration, analytical, reporting, and process support activities across Transmission, Distribution, Corporate, and Generation procurement areas. Working under some supervision, this role assists with market research, benchmarking, financial reporting, contract rate and price variance analysis, bid rate sheet creation, spend intelligence tracking, ServiceNow case coordination, and transactional procurement activities.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Assist with the planning, coordination, and analysis of primary and secondary market research studies to support strategic planning, recommendations, benchmarking, scorecard development, financial reporting, rate case support, customer satisfaction surveys, and contract management reporting related to rates, price variances, and spend.
    • Compare basic, complex, and differing specifications and solutions; assist with developing performance criteria and identifying the data elements needed to support effective analysis and decision-making.
    • Create, maintain, and organize contract-related records, documentation, manuals, bid rate sheets, status reports, and planning materials, including business cases and business, communication, continuity, and change management plans.
    • Monitor spend intelligence tools and apply intermediate analytical techniques to internal and external data sources, standard reports, and procurement information to support analysts with negotiation preparation, cost savings tracking, and reporting needs.
    • Initiate, track, and follow up on ServiceNow cases for new code requests and other procurement support needs, ensuring timely coordination with internal stakeholders and accurate completion of required activities.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Finance, Accounting, or related field of study such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.  
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.
    • In lieu of Bachelor’s degree must possess an Associate’s Degree in related field of study, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Fleet or related business category.

    Collections Specialist
    Duration: 12+ month with chance of extending/converting

    Job Summary:
    Within the collections team, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day collection’s activities on our Residential and Commercial accounts.  Responsible for contacting delinquent accounts to collect overdue payments as well as resolving discrepancies and billing disputes, while minimizing company losses.  Also charged with building and/or maintaining reports and databases used to track various customer and vendor activity as well as creation and publication of A/R and Collections reports.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Contacting customers with overdue payments by telephone in order to negotiate payments or resolve discrepancies.
    • Recommends accounts that are to be returned to utility supply or placement with third party collection firms after all collection efforts have been exhausted.
    • Learn, document and monitor procedures, policies, applicable regulations and operating practices associated with collections of customers past due accounts.
    • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting associated with collections.
      Work with customers and customer service employees to resolve collection related issues.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    Experience: Minimum three (3) years collections experience required. Experience in the Utilities industry preferred.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Working knowledge of collection processes, policies, analysis, practices and systems

    Essential Job Functions & Tasks
    The following sets forth the principal duties required for the job that are normally to be performed.     • Issues material under proper authorization; process and file required records which may include picking up, hauling and delivering materials and operating Company automotive equipment such as cars and trucks.
    • Check received material for quantity; make visual inspection for identity, breakage, and condition; initiate and process material receipt and related records.
    • Report irregularities and abnormal conditions.
      Identify, sort and record material returned; place usable material in stock, and sort non-usable material into scrap containers; record applicable information and process related records.
    • Prepare and pack material for shipment or storage, including preparation of required shipping papers and other related records. This may include shipping and receiving hazardous material, such as gasoline, oil, oil containing PCB, and lead-acid batteries under required safety and environmental procedures.

    Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED

    Work Experience

    • A minimum of one year work experience in inventory control and management, material handling, warehousing, or related experience is required.
    • Must possess basic computer skills to use inventory management software such as Maximo; Microsoft Excel and Word experience is also preferred.
    • Must have sufficient knowledge and skills to perform the duties and/or responsibilities listed above, and also have the physical capabilities to perform the required work.
    • Must possess a strong working knowledge of logistics related to shipping and relocating inventory.
    • Must understand and perform basic math functions.
    • Must be able to work independently and possess good communication skills.
    • Must be able to safely lift up to 70 pounds; successful completion of the Physical Ability Test (PAT) is required.
    • Must possess the appropriate State drive license.

    Physical Requirements
    Lifting/Standing and the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and within all weather patterns. Most Laydown yards are outdoor locations, and work is completed in both heat and inclement weather situations.

    Preferred Experience
    Heavy Equipment operation experience is preferred.

    Construction Experience (can be trained on specific equipment but experience is helpful.)

    Equipment Experience

    • Case 821 (Wheeloader – All Terrain Forklift) ability to operate up to 16K pounds of Material.
    • JLG Telehandler – Operate all different sizes of this equipment ability to operate 7K & 12K pounds of Material.
    • Materials are extremely heavy, can be awkwardly shaped and long.

    Dress Code & PPE

    • Steel-toe boots are required.
    • Jeans (Long Pants) and T-Shirt (no inappropriate words or pictures) can be worn.
    • All other PPE is provided.

    Job Description

    The Compliance Technical Writer Sr is responsible for producing, editing, and maintaining high quality, audit ready NERC compliance documentation for the Enterprise NERC Reliability Assurance (ENRA) organization. This role operates in a high volume, deadline driven environment, translating complex regulatory, technical, and operational inputs into clear, accurate, and consistent process documentation.
    The Senior Technical Writer collaborates closely with compliance specialists, subject matter experts, and leadership to document processes, procedures, and supporting materials that withstand regulatory scrutiny. This role also supports meeting facilitation, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure documentation completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Prepare, edit, and maintain NERC compliance documentation, including:
      • Procedures
      • Guidelines
      • Policies
      • Process Maps
    • Edit documents for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, content accuracy, readability, and compliance alignment.
    • Independently or collaboratively develop documentation outlines, content structures, and revision plans.
