    Job Title: Administrative Assistant
    Cohoes. NY ***On-Site
    Duration: 12+ Months
    Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement

    ABOUT THIS JOB:

    Ayco Executive Wealth helps clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and implementation across key financial disciplines, including employee benefits, tax planning and investments. We are looking for an administrative professional to join our fast-paced, team environment.

    Duties:

    • Provide administrative support to multiple advisor teams including:
    • Preparation, review and editing of confidential correspondence
    • Document scanning, management and archiving across multiple systems
    • Preparation of travel expense and billing allocation reports
    • Preparation and handling of time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments
    • Miscellaneous administrative projects as needed

    Skills Required

    • Strong technology skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
    • Excellent communication skills; team focused
    • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

    Job Title: Admin Assistant

    Schedule: Onsite

    Location(s): Cohoes, NY

    Contract Length: 6 months

    W-2 hourly rate: $25

    • Required Skills:
    • Experience supporting high level executives and/or financial advisors in complex environment, preferably in financial services, private sector or government.
    • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential material or handling of highly sensitive information.
    • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written & verbal. Ability to display a consistent, professional degree of communication.
    • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Quick learner and self-starter with excellent anticipation skills.
    • Pro-active problem solver and independent thinker; ability to follow-up as often as necessary.
    • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic but deadline driven environment.
    • Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, and diplomacy is required.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
    • Familiar with expense platforms such as SAP Concur
    • Supportive team player with a positive attitude.
    • Ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of experience.
