    Office Admin Support 
    Location: Boston, MA (Onsite) 
    Contract duration: 12 months.
    Pay rate: $22/HR

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing general office support, including but not limited to:
    • Processing incoming & outgoing mail, including checks and stock certificates, tax forms, and scanning
    • Managing travel & expenses, including making travel arrangements and processing expenses for team members
    • Providing general administrative services to teams, such as maintaining calendars and schedules, and answering phones
    • Coordinating and scheduling office events, including recruiting, internal events and external client events as needed.
    • Duties to include booking conference rooms, ordering food, printing documents, coordinating interview schedules, liaising with
    • building services, and greeting visitors
    • Assisting the Wealth Management Team in servicing clients, with a focus on operational excellence and customer service

     

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
    • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment
    • New graduates who have a desire to be in the financial services industry are also encouraged to apply

  • Business Execution Consultant Analyst

    Job Title: Business Execution Analyst – CSBB Systems Testing

    Location: Boston
    Duration: 9 Months
    Type: W2 Contract


    Overview

    We are seeking a Business Execution Analyst to support testing and validation activities across Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) systems. This role will focus on creating test cases, navigating system functionality, tracking and reporting progress, and escalating issues as needed. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with hands-on experience in business execution and system testing within a large-scale financial environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform testing of CSBB systems, ensuring functionality aligns with business and compliance requirements.

    • Create and execute test cases based on system design and process documentation.

    • Conduct system navigation and validation to identify inconsistencies, errors, or opportunities for process improvement.

    • Track and report testing progress, documenting results and maintaining audit-ready records.

    • Escalate issues promptly to relevant stakeholders and assist in developing resolution plans.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Business Execution, Operations, and Technology to align testing outcomes with strategic objectives.

    • Contribute to moderately complex initiatives and large-scale planning efforts related to Business Execution deliverables.

    • Apply a solid understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards throughout all testing and execution activities.


    Required Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, military service, or education.

    • Hands-on experience with system testing, test case creation, and issue tracking/reporting.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to consult across business and technical teams.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with testing or project management platforms (e.g., JIRA, ALM, or similar).


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) systems or related financial platforms.

    • Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks within financial institutions.

    • Proven ability to translate business requirements into testable scenarios and track outcomes effectively.
