    Education and skill requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 2–4+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, trafficking, or creative services.
    • Experience working with creative, design, or marketing teams; agency or retail media experience is a plus.
    • Familiarity with digital creative development across channels such as social, video, onsite, and offsite media preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
    • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, com, Figma, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint).

    GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

    • The Creative Operations Specialist, Media Creative plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operational excellence of the Media Creative team. This role partners closely with the Creative Operations Manager to ensure creative projects are efficiently briefed, planned, tracked, and delivered on time across paid and retail media channels.

    • This individual is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative—serving as a key connector between Creative, Sales, Account Management, Production, and external partners. The Specialist helps translate business needs into clear, actionable workflows, supports intake and briefing processes, manages timelines and tracking, and ensures consistent communication throughout the creative lifecycle.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    Creative Operations & Project Execution

    • Support end-to-end creative operations across Media Creative projects, including intake, briefing, timelines, resourcing support, and delivery tracking.
    • Assist with the creative intake and briefing process by gathering required information, reviewing submissions for completeness, and flagging gaps or risks to the Creative Operations Manager.
    • Build, maintain, and update detailed project timelines, status documents, and tracking reports to ensure milestones are clearly defined and met.
    • Orchestrate day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks move efficiently through each stage of the creative workflow.

    Workflow, Communication & Coordination

    • Coordinate communication between internal Creative teams, cross-functional partners, and agency or freelance resources to support a smooth, frictionless process.
    • Organize, schedule, and support internal status meetings, standups, and reviews; capture notes, action items, and follow-ups.
    • Communicate creative best practices, requirements, and guidelines to partners as directed, helping reinforce consistency and quality across deliverables.
    • Escalate potential risks, timeline challenges, or resourcing conflicts early to the Creative Operations Manager.

    Tools, Systems & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate project tracking within creative operations tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Microsoft Office).
    • Support the ongoing improvement of workflows, templates, and SOPs in partnership with Creative Operations leadership.
    • Assist with organizing and maintaining creative documentation, process resources, and pitch or partner-facing materials.

     POSITION SUMMARY: 

    We are seeking an experienced contractor to stand up and operationalize the intake and orchestration function for Guest Services. This role will serve as the front door to the organization, ensuring incoming work across AI, product, operations, and process improvement is captured, structured, sized, prioritized, and tracked through execution. Additionally, this role will serve as the lead project manager to launch cross-functional guest services initiatives.  

    The expectation is that this person can step in quickly, operate independently, and build a scalable model that brings visibility, alignment, and accountability to how work enters and moves through Guest Services. 

     

    CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Serve as the central intake point for Guest Services initiatives, ensuring all incoming work is captured, logged, and visible regardless of focus area. 
    • Establish and operationalize intake standards so requests are clearly defined, appropriately scoped, and actionable. 
    • Develop and maintain a consistent approach to sizing work, evaluating ROI, and supporting prioritization decisions. 
    • Identify and engage the appropriate points of contact across teams, including AI, product, engineering, WFM, training, operations, and BPO partners. 
    • Drive alignment, ownership, and commitment across stakeholders before work begins and as priorities shift. 
    • Build and maintain a consolidated Guest Services roadmap that reflects priorities, dependencies, capacity, and committed work. 
    • Create and maintain roadmap tracking for executive-level share-outs. 
    • Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure initiatives move forward without unnecessary friction or reactive follow-up. 
    • Manage various Guest Service process change or technology implementation projects from Kickoff to Implementation while contributing to others.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Product Life Management Administrative Assistant performs tasks as necessary to support the Transitions team. They execute administrative and routine functions that supports product disposition including disposition type, coding, SKU listing, and compliance.

     

    CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • SKU maintenance: Ensures the add/delete form is complete with disposition. Responsible for updating & supporting disposition maintenance at the brand level (POP Portal) and item level (in PIM) for all SKUs per buyer’s direction including disposition codes and markdowns.
    • Operational support: Provides operational support with high attention to detail, communication visibility to operations of category transitions, ability to troubleshoot, root cause and problem solve.
    • Logistics: Initiates RTV/DIF and follows up with the brand/buyer for RA number.
    • Execute clearance markdown cadence assigned at buyer’s direction.

     As a VM Communications Coordinator, you will oversee and manage the execution of all Secondary visual merchandising communications, ensuring alignment with the company standards and business goals. This role requires enforcing timelines, making decisions related to promotional visual merchandising, and maintaining the integrity of in-store visual presentations. You will be a key decision-maker in the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of visual merchandising strategies.

    CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive the creation and oversight of directives including but not limited to promo planner for all secondary placements, sign directive, approving install guides, the holiday clean up guide, and holiday GLK communications while ensuring all deadlines are met while prioritizing the timely delivery of communications to the field.
    • Create and manage the Promo Planner document, ensuring alignment across teams, managing proofing and updates, and timely delivery of all necessary visual merchandising materials to stores. Add all renderings from Monday.com into the Promo Planner along with sign code information and skus when applicable.

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage weekly sign requests. Ensure copy submitted for signs is added to Monday.com boards for production to create accurate signage.
    • Manage POG Exceptions. Approve planogram exceptions through Monday.com and make necessary changes in the Promo Planner.
    • Ensure consistency in the execution of visual standards: Maintain oversight on the alignment of visual displays with brand guidelines and the overall store experience, ensuring a cohesive look across all stores.
