Position Overview
We are seeking an Office Administrative Support professional to provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced corporate and wealth management environment. This role will support daily office operations, event coordination, travel management, client servicing activities, and general administrative functions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage travel arrangements and expense processing for team members
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including checks, stock certificates, tax forms, and scanning
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and conference room bookings
- Coordinate office meetings, recruiting events, internal events, and client events
- Order catering, print documents, coordinate interviews, and greet visitors
- Liaise with building services and support day-to-day office operations
- Assist Wealth Management teams with operational and client support activities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional office environment
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional corporate environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong professionalism, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and customer service mindset
- Recent graduates interested in financial services are encouraged to apply
