✨ What You’ll Do
- Lead UX execution on large‑scale, complex initiatives
- Translate business objectives and research insights into intuitive, user‑centered solutions
- Conduct user research, generate concepts, build prototypes, and deliver polished, high‑fidelity designs
- Facilitate cross‑functional design sessions and build consensus across diverse teams
- Create end‑to‑end member experiences for responsive web and native mobile (iOS/Android)
- Support multiple product teams across various phases within a large program
- Ensure alignment with design system standards and risk management policies
�� What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of UX/Product Design experience
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Proven ability to navigate complexity and deliver cohesive multi‑product experiences
- Experience applying human‑centered design principles
- Skilled in IA, usability, mobile patterns, and responsive design
- Portfolio showcasing enterprise‑level digital design work
�� Required Tools & Tech
- Expert‑level Figma (including Auto Layout)
- Online testing tools
- MS Office Suite
- Experience working with a design system
