Two staggered shift groups:
- 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm ET, OR
- 10:00am–6:00pm or 11:00am–7:00pm ET
Hours may flex based on business volumes, major incidents, or crisis response needs.

Role Overview
Seeking a Travel Risk & Security Intelligence Specialist to support the Global Travel Risk Program, part of the Corporate Security Intelligence & Risk Analysis (CSIRA) team. This role emphasizes security intelligence gathering, evaluation, and judgment, applied to protecting employees traveling internationally across more than 100 countries.
While administrative travel review is part of the role, success in this position depends on the ability to collect, assess, and synthesize intelligence, apply sound judgment, and communicate risk clearly to travelers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
This is a hands-on execution role ideal for candidates early-to-mid career in security intelligence, threat analysis, or global risk, and offers strong exposure to enterprise-level security operations.
Key Responsibilities
Security Intelligence & Risk Analysis

Gather, evaluate, and interpret intelligence from open-source, vendor, and internal platforms to identify emerging global security risks

Apply analytical judgment to assess how intelligence impacts business travelers, locations, and planned itineraries

Monitor global incidents and developing situations that may affect employee safety or business operations

Translate intelligence into actionable insights, advisories, and recommendations
Travel Risk Execution

Review international travel itineraries to elevated-risk destinations for policy compliance and risk exposure

Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or concerns in travel documentation and proactively engage travelers or delegates to resolve issues

Maintain accurate documentation of decisions, outreach, and actions taken in accordance with established procedures

Support outreach to travelers during incidents to confirm safety and coordinate response when needed
Communications & Stakeholder Support

Draft clear, professional communications for review by senior leaders, including advisories and incident updates

Monitor and respond to the Global Travel Risk mailbox with professionalism and urgency

Collaborate closely with Global Intelligence specialists, crisis management teams, and internal partners

Support crisis management operations during major incidents, including after-hours support when required
Required Qualifications

2+ years of Business Execution, Intelligence Analysis, Security, Risk, Crisis Management, or related experience

Ability to apply independent judgment and escalate issues appropriately

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications

Experience in security intelligence, threat analysis, or global risk assessment (public or private sector)

Background in corporate security, intelligence, international affairs, or risk analysis

Experience supporting global travel, travel risk, or multinational security programs
