Seeking an experienced Scrum Lead to manage technical scrum teams in a fast-paced environment. The role will include temporary overlap managing two scrum teams simultaneously for approximately 2–3 weeks during the contract period.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical scrum teams through Agile ceremonies and delivery cycles
- Manage overlapping scrum teams for a defined 2–3 week period during mid-contract
- Support initiatives related to financial services marketing, promotional offers, and offer management
- Contribute to data center migration efforts
- Support microservices, data service products, and middleware management initiatives
Required Experience
- Experience leading technical scrum teams
- Experience in financial services marketing, promotional offers, or offer management
- Experience with data center migrations
- Experience working with microservices, data service products, or middleware management
