Pay $65 Hr W2 conversion rate is $100  to $110k 10% yearly bonus 401k and excellent benefits.

Overview

Seeking a senior-level Systems Analyst / Lead Systems Analyst with strong AWS engineering and cloud application development experience to support enterprise application modernization initiatives.

This role will focus on AWS-based application development, cloud integrations, CI/CD automation, and modern SDLC practices within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on engineering experience along with technical leadership capabilities supporting complex enterprise systems and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex software development and cloud modernization initiatives
• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications and integrations
• Build scalable AWS cloud-native solutions using modern development frameworks
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation processes
• Lead application integration efforts across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Produce technical documentation, estimates, and solution designs
• Provide production support for mission-critical enterprise applications
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams
• Drive SDLC best practices, process improvements, and engineering standards
• Participate in architecture discussions and emerging technology evaluations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems analysis, application development, and software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on AWS development experience
• Experience with:

  • Python
  • React
  • Azure DevOps
  • Git/GitHub
  • CI/CD pipelines
• Experience leading enterprise application development projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and application architecture
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and APIs
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to lead projects and mentor technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agentic AI solutions or AI-enabled applications
• Cloud architecture and DevOps experience
• Enterprise utility, energy, or regulated industry experience
• AWS certifications or related cloud certifications
