We are seeking a Strategy & Planning Consultant to support moderately complex initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning deliverables for our client. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to evaluate multi-variable challenges, and effective collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in strategy, planning, operations, or an equivalent field, along with the ability to navigate policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:

Consult on or participate in moderately complex Strategy & Planning initiatives.

Support and contribute to large-scale planning activities and deliverables.

Review, interpret, and analyze business challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Assist in resolving moderately complex issues within the Strategy & Planning function.

Leverage knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance expectations.

Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet planning objectives.
Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Strategy & Planning experience, OR equivalent experience through work, consulting, military service, training, or education.

Demonstrated ability to analyze business problems, support initiatives, and contribute to structured planning projects.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based goals.
