Role Focus
- Increased focus on PMO work
- Responsible for creating roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
- Seeking a more senior-level candidate who can connect the dots and think strategically, especially from a risk management perspective
- Work includes:
- Preparing status reports
- Creating information decks using the standard format
- Supporting both project and program management functions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management
- Certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.) are highly beneficial
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- Familiarity with:
- Google Suite
- Lucid?? (a plus)
- Previous Capital One experience is highly preferred
- 1 large scale program – will be working on this (10-15 work streams)
- Smaller responsibilities – organizing artifacts
