Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Software Engineer 4 to support complex data engineering and ETL initiatives within a large enterprise banking environment. This role will lead moderately complex technical initiatives, contribute to strategic planning efforts, and serve as a key escalation and guidance point for team members.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in TSQL, SSIS, and ETL development, along with strong experience working in structured Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead moderately complex technical initiatives within enterprise data environments

Design, develop, test, debug, and document ETL and database solutions

Contribute to large-scale strategy planning for data and technology initiatives

Evaluate and resolve complex technical challenges across multiple platforms

Collaborate with peers, product teams, and mid-level managers to meet deliverables

Serve as an escalation point and provide guidance to junior team members

Ensure solutions align with enterprise compliance and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications

5+ years of Software Engineering experience (6+ preferred)
