Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test Management (1.0 and 2.0) to join our team in Southeast Michigan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, testing automation, and structured test planning and execution for IT ServiceNow implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
- Implement and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites for regression and functional testing.
- Configure and manage Test Management 2.0 for test planning, execution cycles, and reporting. Integrate with Project and Agile frameworks to tie testing cases to requirements.
- Collaborate with Compliance for SOX and business teams to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and automate regression testing.
- Integrate testing processes with Agile Development 2.0 and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) and CSA.
- 3 years of development experience.
- Experience with multiple deployments of ServiceNow ATF and Test Management 2.0.
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and integrations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
