- Business Analysis & Requirements Expertise: Strong experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, and functional specifications; adept at translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships with business partners and development teams, provide functional leadership, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Execution & Process Improvement: Hands-on experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments, managing JIRA boards/backlogs, planning sprints, and driving business process improvements with a focus on high-value outcomes.
- Must have 7+ years of financial sector experience
- Must have 5+ years supporting a technical /development team
