Senior IT Field Service Associate
1-year contract with eligibility for contract renewal
Location: Warren, MI,Detroit, MI, Madison heights, MI (requires 100% Onsite Field support at various Hospitals)
Medical benefits are available—the client does not allow C2C or 1099, so you will be our W2 employee.
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Applicants must pass a technical prescreen to be considered.
Role Summary:
- Support of field service operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to surveys, data collection, and reporting.
- Ability to follow test scripts and successfully perform basic troubleshooting for login and print operations.
- Ability to deploy and verify basic computer functionality.
Key Skills:
- Sr. IT End User Device Technical Field Services knowledge.
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel focused).
- Experience with Epic TDR Readiness Activities (preferred but not required).
- Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback to team leaders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous clinical, technical, and workflow knowledge (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work well with team members and be self-directed in a dynamic clinical environment.
