Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis using SQL/Python or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases)
- 3+ years of technical solution design to business problems
- 3+ JIRA and/or Agile experience
Day to Day
- Perform data analysis and testing for treasury management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Design and document technical solutions to address complex business challenges and optimize processes
- Collaborate with data providers, peers, technology teams and senior business partners to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Translate complex data findings to clear actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Apply strong reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, paired with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practices
