Python Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hyrbid)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Overview:
We are seeking a software developer with strong experience building Python-based applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python applications running on GCP
- Build and manage data processing pipelines and workflows
- Develop and maintain DAGs (e.g., Airflow or similar orchestration tools)
- Work extensively with BigQuery for data modeling, querying, and optimization
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions
Required Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience deploying applications on GCP
- Required experience with BigQuery, including complex queries and performance optimization
- Experience with data processing systems and ETL pipelines
- Proven experience designing and maintaining DAG-based workflows
