We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Project Manager with a strong background in executing initiatives within complex regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in change management, risk mitigation, and program leadership, particularly across Financial Crimes, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) domains.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within a highly regulated industry.
  • Proven expertise in change management and program delivery; PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management practices, including experience supporting Financial Crimes, AML, and BSA programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives in collaborative environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as process improvement, continuous improvement, and Lean principles.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted Business Execution Advisor to senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives and operational performance.
  • Develop and deliver clear, impactful presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Lead the resolution of complex project challenges by applying advanced project management practices and sound business judgment to produce scalable, long-term solutions.
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings to support decision-making and ensure successful implementation of recommendations.
  • Own and manage core project artifacts including detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change requests, and status reporting.
  • Engage across multiple lines of business, acting as a senior advisor and thought partner to leadership and project teams.
  • Support governance routines through meeting facilitation, documentation of minutes, and progress reporting.

Program Context

  • Support the Higher Risk Customer Management workstream in partnership with an existing Project Manager.
  • Provide general project management support including hosting meetings, maintaining documentation, managing reporting, and coordinating change requests.
  • Contribute to initiatives aligned with enterprise risk and compliance objectives.
