Job Summary
Project Manager/Analytics Chief of Staff
- Drive alignment on enterprise‑wide Analytics and Digital opportunities and ensure follow‑through across the organization
- Prepare, manage, and coordinate agendas, materials, and deliverables for Digital Technology Committee and Senior Leader meetings
- Develop high‑quality, executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate strategy
- Scope and organize cross‑functional work to address leadership questions and feedback
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather content, validate information, and ensure accuracy and consistency across communication decks
- Translate strategic insights into structured communication decks, ensuring logical flow, clarity, and alignment with the client communication standards (corporate templates, formatting guidelines, and visual standards)
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates confident leadership and communicates with clarity, influence, and professionalism at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent project management and organizational effectiveness
