Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading client onboarding, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of operational and account services. The ideal candidate has deep experience in investment operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex client issues.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Project Management, Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Financial Services and matrixed environments.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale programs across multiple business lines.
- Familiarity with Financial Crimes Risk Management (BSA, AML, Sanctions Screening).
- Strong change management and consulting skills.
- Agile methodology experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive presence.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus.
