12+ months – W2 Rate – $53/hr
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in reporting and analytics using Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence
- Experience with ALM Octane is highly preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to present complex data in a clear, digestible format
- Skilled in defining and managing KPIs/OKRs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decisions including automation initiatives.
- Will be required to provide capacity planning, reporting and PowerPoint presentations
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; consistently produces executive-ready deliverables such as briefings, decision memos, and strategic roadmaps.
- Strong Project Management background required – must know the lifecycle of a project
- Must be able to analyze data and provide results
