This is a strategic role within enterprise technology, leading critical cross-departmental initiatives. The Program Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to drive large-scale technology transformation efforts across the organization. This role requires a strong combination of program leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to operate effectively in complex financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Transformation
- Spearhead large-scale, cross-departmental technology programs
- Ensure delivery on time and within budget
Drive Strategy
- Develop comprehensive program plans
- Define scope and objectives aligned to business goals
Communicate with Impact
- Act as primary liaison for program communications
- Translate technical details into clear insights for executive stakeholders
Build & Inspire Teams
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Foster collaboration and execution excellence
Innovate with AI
- Support integration of AI solutions within financial technology initiatives
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of program management experience with a focus on technology transformation within financial services
- Proven ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
- Strong technical background with understanding of modern IT infrastructure and software development lifecycles
- Interest and/or experience with AI applications in financial technology
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Experience working with or for a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
- MBA
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP)
