Job Title: Program Manager – Corporate Engagement (Contract)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $40/hour
Overview:
The Program Manager will support Corporate Engagement by managing the CTW global employee volunteer program and related pro bono initiatives. This role oversees a large portfolio of volunteer projects, partners closely with internal teams and nonprofit organizations, and ensures seamless program execution from planning through reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage 200+ CTW volunteer projects, ensuring successful delivery and strong stakeholder and nonprofit partnerships

Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and nonprofit partners

Oversee project planning, application review, grants processing, program administration, and reporting

Coordinate logistics including events, transportation, communications, marketing materials, and fulfillment

Support pro bono initiatives through application review, presentations, data analysis, and project logistics

Assist with end-of-season program evaluation and impact analysis
Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in volunteer management, CSR, events, operations, or client services

Strong interest in corporate philanthropy and community engagement

Proven project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Bachelor’s degree required

Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends)
