Overview
We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the delivery of digital financial technology solutions within a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role partners closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements and actionable user stories. The ideal candidate has experience working on data-driven products, understands financial technology and merchant services, and is comfortable collaborating across technical and business teams.
Responsibilities

Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document product and business requirements.

Develop, clarify, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.

Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Support data-related initiatives, including analytics, database-driven projects, and reporting needs.

Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and clearly understood.

Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage product backlogs, document requirements, and track delivery progress.

Support product initiatives within financial technology and merchant services domains.

Assist with prioritization, dependency tracking, and release planning activities.

Ensure requirements align with business goals, customer needs, and platform capabilities.

Provide ongoing clarification and support to development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience

Experience working as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.

Strong experience with user story development and refinement, including acceptance criteria.

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Experience supporting data analytics, databases, or data-driven projects.

Familiarity with financial technology (FinTech) platforms and solutions.

Exposure to merchant services, payments, or transaction processing systems.

Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentation.

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on payment processing, merchant onboarding, or transaction lifecycle products.

Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and data teams.
