Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, with prior experience working in financial services as a plus
- Proven client service skills, teamwork and a sense of urgency to fulfill time sensitive and highly confidential tasks
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders within a cross divisional team
- Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability for projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Private Banking organization by developing a deeper understanding of banking products and growing your network across operations, technology, compliance, legal, and the business
- Refine your client service skills by partnering with PWM PWAs and WMPS to assist clients in account enrollment, product inquires, and ongoing service of banking products
- Become involved with innovative fraud strategy development to protect client and firm assets from the ever growing fraud landscape
- Showcase strong control and risk management skills by ensuring we stay in compliance with industry regulations and firm policies
- Develop strategies and opportunities for process efficiencies to reduce manual tasks while increasing control in a rapidly growing business.
