Role Overview
The Port Rec & Valuations Analyst will support Collateral Management within Margin, Valuations & Pricing Operations, a global function responsible for mitigating counterparty credit risk through the active monitoring of derivative and securities financing portfolios.
This role operates within a highly cross-functional, fast-paced financial environment, supporting a broad range of asset classes and interacting with stakeholders across risk, legal, compliance, trading, and operations teams globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Collateral Management operations focused on cleared derivatives and securities financing portfolios
- Build, maintain, and enhance operational workflows related to collateral management across clearing houses
- Perform and reengineer operational processes tied to:
- Collateral valuation
- Margin requirements
- Interest computation and settlement
- Client cash collateral restructuring
- Monitor and reconcile client portfolios to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Partner closely with internal teams including:
- Credit Risk Management
- Legal and Compliance
- Sales and Trading
- Risk Management
- Other Operations functions
- Manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables while maintaining strong client service standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
