Pharmacy Prior Authorization Specialist (Contact center)
Detroit, MI – Hybrid schedule
W2 Contract; 12+ Months
Pay Rate: up to $23/HR
Hours: M-F 8:30am and as late as 5pm in office days.
*On-site on a rotational basis. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Help desk is opened Mon. – Fri. 8am to 6pm.
Engagement Description
This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. We service Medicare Part D Members and Providers.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
- Good computer skills (Typing, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

- Call center experience
- CMS knowledge
Education/Certifications
