    Job Summary:

    The Office Services Specialist provides comprehensive onsite support for mailroom, print center, marketing logistics, and general office service operations. This role ensures accurate, timely, and secure handling of mail, packages, and print requests for all departments, while maintaining office equipment, managing supplies, assisting with conference room setup and AV support, and supporting offsite marketing events. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to perform related duties as assigned, including occasional support for other areas.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming postal, interoffice, and package deliveries according to established schedules.
    • Prepare and meter outgoing mail; ensure proper postage, classes, and compliance with postal regulations.
    • Process large or special mailings, including mail-merge services and use of inserting/folding machines.
    • Track and confirm deliveries using internal and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
    • Package and ship outgoing items using carrier websites and internal tracking tools.
    • Fulfill production printing requests using Fiery or comparable print software
    • Operate high-volume printers, copiers, and finishing equipment; perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Job Description:

    Assist the Material Services organization by performing duties related to material accountability, operation of the storeroom and storage yards.

    Essential Job Functions & Tasks:

    • Issue material under proper authorization; process and file required records which may include picking up, hauling and delivering materials and operating Company automotive equipment such as cars and trucks.
    • Check received material for quantity; make visual inspection for identity, breakage, and condition; initiate and process material receipt and related records.
    • Report irregularities and abnormal conditions.
    • Identify, sort and record material returned; place usable material in stock, and sort non-usable material into scrap containers; record applicable information and process related records.
    • Operate computer terminals and printers supporting a materials management system, and other office equipment such as calculators, scanners etc.
    • Prepare and pack material for shipment or storage, including preparation of required shipping papers and other related records. This may include shipping and receiving hazardous material, such as gasoline, oil, oil containing PCB, and lead-acid batteries under required safety and environmental procedures.
    • Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklift trucks, low lift trucks, hoists, overhead cranes, order pickers, or any other equipment as required.
    • Assist supervisor with maintaining efficient storage of materials, rearrangement or change of bins and racks, and making material location changes.
    • Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels based on current requirements through inventory cycle counts; perform discrepancy adjustments with appropriate approval and process all associated records.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of one year work experience in inventory control and management, material handling, warehousing, or related experience is required. Must possess basic computer skills to use inventory management software such as Maximo; Microsoft Excel and Word experience is also preferred.
    • Must possess a strong working knowledge of logistics related to shipping and relocating inventory.
    • Must understand and perform basic math functions.

    GIS Analyst

    Location:  St. Charles, MO (Onsite)
    Duration:  6 Month Contract

    Description:

    The GIS Analyst is responsible for gathering, organizing, classifying, and processing remotely sensed data (RGB Imagery, Video, Multi-spectral, LiDAR, etc.) and GIS data for asset management using a variety of remote sensing tools, including but not limited to, Esri products. GIS Analyst will perform geospatial data analysis, creating various maps, applications (web, mobile, etc.) and continuously improve processes to support growing geospatial program requirements.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Gather, organize, and analyze geospatial data captured by remote sensing or other medium.
    • QA/QC field datasets for accuracy, completeness and assure quality deliverables as related to remote sensing processes.
    • Produce and maintain various GIS maps in ArcGIS Online (AGOL)/Portal for ArcGIS, surveys and other application technology to be used in gathering geospatial datasets.
    • Create delivery datasets for various stakeholders under the direction of Sr. Staff and as needed, including reports, geospatial image products (orthophotos, etc.), production mapping and data packages.
    • Continuously work to integrate new processes into our Geospatial framework.
    • Provide support in the management and maintenance of GIS environments and applications
    • Develop and apply GIS solutions to meet customer requests
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with GIS and related software
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training for system users
    • 24/7/365 emergency and after-hours working requirements.

    This position is subject to emergency call-out, including damage assessment/inspection during emergency storm restoration events with potential for considerable walking over rough terrain in all weather conditions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in GIS, Geography, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or related technical field required.
    • Two or more years of GIS experience preferred. Experience with Esri based products is required.
    • Experience with ArcGIS Online (AGOL)/Portal for ArcGIS and Esri mobile applications is preferred.
    • Experience with Model Builder or FME is a plus.

    In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

The team is migrating a legacy Java Server Faces (JSF) application to React while modernizing backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB.

    This position will primarily focus on backend Java development, with some React experience needed to support the overall application migration.
